So, for my last English assignment this year we had to create a single frame text (known to normal people as a picture) and then discuss the different conventions we used to make it effective and bla bla bla, other unimportant things.
I was using Torchwood novel covers to make it look like I was doing work in class, when I realised I should make one. So, here is Kate's dream Torchwood novel cover... conveniently the non-existant novel it happens to be a cover for was written by me.

Sort-of spoilers for Exit Wounds!

Most Doctor Who fans will recognise the Dalek spaceships and realise that would usually indicate END OF ZE WORLD, however Mr English Teacher does not watch Doctor Who, so they are just "spaceships", and Torchwood/Captain John will easily save the day and live happily ever after.

What do you think? It was my first attempt at Photoshop, so I'm quite proud of it.

I dunno if he likes him, he mentioned Francis the Talking Mule and said how he was a brilliant dancer like Fred Astaire or something. Followed by something along the lines of "He was probably gay too but no one knew back then!" :P

Yeahh I never get a "message failed" kinda thing either! I'm thinking of getting a new one, maybe the one I use for lj comment notifications because it already gets those.
